So I watched Hector’s Search for Happiness a couple of months ago. It was such a beautiful film that I decided to share the main lessons in the film as my final challenge for the IMBC challenge. The Happiness Challenge

  1. Happiness is not making comparisons.
  2. Happiness is often unexpected.
  3. Happiness is around all the time and is not limited to the future.
  4. Happiness is not something that comes with more power or more money.
  5. Happiness is sometimes not knowing the whole story.
  6. Happiness is a long walk, in beautiful unfamiliar mountains.
  7. Happiness is not the end goal it is just something that accompanies the goal.
  8. Happiness is being with the people you love.
  9. Unhappiness is being separated from those you love.
  10. Happiness is doing a job you love.
  11. Happiness is having a home and a garden of your own.
  12. Happiness is made harder if bad people run the country.
  13. Happiness is being useful to others.
  14. Happiness is to be loved for exactly who you are.
  15. Happiness is that moment when you feel truly alive.
  16. Happiness is knowing how to celebrate.
  17. Happiness is caring about the happiness of those you love.
  18. Happiness is like the sun and the sea it makes everyone happy.
  19. Happiness is not attaching too much importance to what other people think.
  20. Happiness is a certain way of seeing things.
  21. Happiness is not made better by rivalry.
  22. Happiness is important as without it life is meaningless.
